02 / Need to report something?

Get it into the system.

Reporting an issue through the official route normally gets it to the right team fastest. It also gives you a record or reference number that I can use if the problem later needs chasing.

Keep the reference. If the issue is not resolved, include the case or report number when you contact me. It makes it much easier to find out what has happened.
03 / Still stuck?

That’s where I come in.

If you have tried the usual route and cannot get an answer, do not know which service is responsible, or have a more complicated issue that does not fit a standard form, I can help.

  • You have reported it, but nothing has happened
  • You are struggling to get a clear answer
  • You do not know who is responsible
  • The issue needs a human conversation

Local representation, clearly stated.

Representation

Four places. One community voice.

I represent Cheswardine, Childs Ercall, Hinstock and Sutton upon Tern on Shropshire Council, and continue to serve as a Cheswardine Parish Councillor.

At the council, I serve as Vice-Chair of the People Overview and Scrutiny Committee and as a member of the Northern Planning Committee and the Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee.

Political affiliation

Proud to be a Liberal Democrat.

The Cheswardine division sits within The Wrekin constituency where I also serve on the executive of the Telford & Wrekin Liberal Democrats. We have a fantastic team of active volunteers who help ensure your voice is heard. If you fancy joining my team or the wider party, please get in touch.

My political affiliation is stated openly because residents should always know who represents them.
